The EOF Project
How can anything be
more important than
the understanding of
our own mind?
There is nothing more practical than sound thinking.
No matter what your circumstance or objective, or what problems you face, you are better off if your thinking is skilled. And the best way to achieve that is to become an effective critic of your thinking,
I met Diego Fontanive in Bali, Indonesia in 2012, at a moment when I was struggling with the realization that my spiritual beliefs were not bringing solutions but instead creating problems in my life.
As he kept pointing out the differences between assumptions and facts, I began to understand how much I had blurred the lines between them, to a point I could not tell the difference any more. I saw firsthand how questioning deeply the way we think really is effective, removing layers of confusion instead of adding more.
I realized it was an approach that could benefit others, like it had for me. Thus, I decided to work with Diego on a project that would focus on helping people recover from harmful beliefs and exploitation. Our goal is to spread the idea that questioning our conditioned thinking can lead us to making better decisions and to reducing our psychological suffering (non clinical depression, stress, addiction, etc.)
Via conferences, courses and coaching, we want to encourage the use of self-analysis and critical thinking.
